I rented with Alpine for 3 years - never had one issue other than the staff was very unprofessional. If I could give them Zero stars I would. I paid my application fees, did not get a single email, or call. I called them hours after putting the application in, and it is just an automated phone, there is no number to call and speak to an actual person. I called the number and got an emailed that I was denied, when I had not given them ANY information yet that they asked for. I responded to the emails with no response. I give them a 0. No stars. They will take your money and run. Save your $50 application fee. You won't talk to a human being ever. They have nothing but bad reviews for a reason.

This is a horrible leasing agency, I paid 90 dollars an they only ran my application, when I did my boyfriend application too, they texted me saying I only qualify for 550 a month and said if I wanted to add his income needed to fill out an application when I already did an paid for it, together we made 4.3 times what the rent was when clearly on the website it said 3 times the rent. Horrible company please do not use this company. Zero stars. Horrible service she can’t even talk to anybody to explain your situation, What kind of company communicate via text? Never in my life have I had an issue renting a home like I have this time using Alpine ! Please if you can beware of this company ! All the accusations and reviews laughed or accurate none of this information is false this company is just absolutely a disgrace ! Had to leave one star in order to get this review out ! You don’t even deserve a star !
