The whole Alpine team , from the front office to the service crew, are very professional, courteous, and efficient. I'm glad we were referred to them, they did a really good job quickly and cleanly making sure they put all the furniture back in the correct spot. This was the first time we've ever cleaned our ducts, we built the house in 1996 and with the recent extensive remodel it was time. Thank you very much Alpine! I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Our installation team was on-time, efficient, and courteous. Everyone was quick to respond and great to work with, from the estimation process to scheduling to installation.
The technicians who came, Cris and Jeff, arrived on time. They were professional, polite, efficient and knowledgeable answering all my questions. I had them do the HVAC ducts and the dryer vent. When done they vacuumed around all the vents leaving my home as clean or cleaner as when they arrived. I highly recommend Alpine Group for duct cleaning.
