NEVER USE ALPINE! This company has the absolute worst customer service I have ever know. From the beginning, it took them 5 months from bid to installation. They had to come out 4 times for remeasuring, and even after we told them they would need a crane to lift the windows, panels and sliding door, they measured the stairways and told us they could get the products to our condo several floors above the ground. Surprise! they could not, so we ended up agreeing to pay half (over $1,000) the cost of the lift in order to finall... read more
