After purchasing a fireplace through Alpine we’ve now had to hire a different fireplace company to fix the mistakes. Alpine sent installers out twice telling us how to do set up, placing the fireplace & telling us we were good to go (we weren’t). We’ve called their office multiple times in the past week to come do the final start up & left two voicemails & still haven’t heard back from anyone. While it took some time to get an appointment (winter, of course, is their busiest season!), the service was great. Dan (the repair technician) was friendly and knowledgeable. Since it's January-2021 and COVID is still ongoing, he wore a mask upon his arrival and throughout the service. He troubleshot / serviced / cleaned the fireplace and provided some good tips on routine maintenance. Overall, great service.
Clearly these folks have enough business. I will save you all some time. Unless they installed your fireplace, you don't have a chance in hell of getting them to service it. Period.
