Poor customer service! Aside from waiting 45 minutes for the doctor to enter the exam room, a billing issue was poorly handled. I was not informed of any out of pocket expense prior to doing a 'zap', a 5 second 'spot test' as the doctor called it, and ultimately charged a ridiculous amount AFTER the fact. The front desk then proceeded to hand me a waiver to sign, stating I understood that it was not covered by insurance. HELLO, you provide that to the patient BEFORE the procedure, not AFTER. My experience has been good. I have regular exams, pre-cancer treatments, and have had skin cancers totally removed with no recurring problems. Dr. Martin-Wimmer has always been pleasant and concerned if the treatments will co-ordinate with my schedule since I am in the public eye. She is both personable and professional.
