Counting down the days until my lease is up. If there’s anything I’ve ever done in LA that I actually regret, it’s signing a lease with the Ashby. There is no AC. Not even a wall unit. Paying $1850 for this. I was promised two parking spots when I signed the lease but wound up having to wait 4 months before I was offered one extremely tight spot for an extra $150.
