Rented snowmobiles a few years ago from them, and now came back in the summer to rent a utv. Awesome experience. Staff is very knowledgeable and will steer you in the right direction. Machines were in great shape and never any issues. Will definitely be back again.
Wish I had a better experience to report. This February, I reserved an 850 Polaris weeks in advance and received confirmation emails, but when I showed up on time morning of, I was told none were available and they had been sent to the Jackson location. I was given a full refund, but it left me without a sled for my trip. The front desk at the Alpine location were great and did their best to help, but it seems there’s a disconnect at the management level between the website and actual availability. We rented snowmobiles from Jackson Hole Adventure during our wedding week, and it was such an awesome experience from start to finish. The sleds were in great shape and ran perfectly, and the whole team was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. A special shoutout to Travis—he truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and that we had the best time out there.
