This place never opens on time. They should honestly just adjust their opening hours instead of claiming that the shop opens at certain hours only to have people waiting until employees feel like working their shift. Needless to say, this has happened many times.
I found this place when I was looking for a place to buy a 5 gallon water jug near me. The woman who helped me today was so nice. I had no idea what I was doing and she was patient and explained everything to me. The prices are more than fair and it was easy to find the location & park. I was able to purchase a jug and fill it. Really a pleasant experience.
Roxy is great desk person! I always come here and get 8-10 bottles at once. Have been coming here for 2 tears now, hands down best water refill place in hollywood.

Latina woman sits and talks on the phone all day long and ignores you whenever you have a question. Really crappy service. Wont return and I don't recommend
