Could not be happier with the restoration project at our condominium. Alphatech has been tremendously wonderful in all aspects from the beginning. They are professional and their workmanship is top notch. I have no negative comments about this whole process. If I could give a higher rating I would most definitely. NIGHTMARE I live at the Commodore Apartment 804 I paid $30,000 for restoration by Alpha Tech. Alpha Tech employees permanently scratched six custom balcony glass panels and two hurricane bay windows in January 2025. Alpha Tech also permanently damaged my balcony ceiling.I reported the damage to the property manager at First Service management the day it happened.
