They have an extremely rude receptionist that is not professional. I called to speak to the broker and she hung up the phone on me intentional. I called again later and that she claimed that she thought I said I will call later although I never did. She never apologized. She gave me a hard time and not not want to give me the chance of talk to a broker or anybody Who is licensed. She never gave me the phone number to the broker. They need to hire a better receptionist
They are horrible. Nobody seems to be able to answer the phone, return a message or respond to an email. Having lived in several HOA communities, this administrator is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Not sure how they keep their contracts with the poor level of service they provide.
