The are not "in network" with any insurance company and lied on the phone stating they take my insurance. After 1 1/2 years of dealing with over charges on cleanings and unnecessary fluoride treatments that were not covered by insurance I left only to receive a bill from collections 2 years later.
We love ACD! Very friendly and helpful staff. The dentists and orthodontist and dental assistants are very thorough in explaining things about your child's teeth and/or oral health. Very busy here but very nice waiting area for kids and parents.
Both of my boys love going here. They were also amazing when my youngest had a pretty serious mouth injury. Got him in quickly and were calming for him (and me).
My daughter just had 2 baby teeth extracted and was extremely nervous going in - she was practically shaking. The staff at the Castleberry location was amazing! They talked to her throughout the whole process and made her feel more at ease. I could not have asked for a better experience! Thank you!!!
We have been coming here for 12 years. We love the whole staff, especially Dr. Caruso.
