If I could give Alph Wildlife more than 5 stars, I would. I can’t recommend these folks enough. We purchased a home 2 years ago in October and the very next February started our saga with the Skunks getting in the crawl space. We thought that we had fixed the issue ourselves, but we had not. Absolutely 5 star customer service from this Company. I had major squirrel damage in my attic. They destroyed electrical wires, basically all my insulation, and my attic was the neighborhood squirrel party. I had 3 different companies come quote this, virtually around the same price. I had a 10/10 experience when Chad answered the phone. He told me he could be there same day when the other companies were weeks in advance. Absolutely amazing service from Shawn. He worked with me around my schedule with work. We had raccoons in our attic got them out and also fixed the repairs how they were getting in. Service from the techs who did that work were amazing friendly guys. Only place I will recommend to anyone.
Shawn is great. Recently, I discovered a skunk den underneath my deck. Shawn with Alpha Wildlife set traps in order to remove the skunks. Unfortunately other animals came as well. He was very kind and professional and without charging an extra fee, was able to extend the timeline for removal. He caught 1 skunk, 3 opossum and 1 squirrel.
