Thank you, Sean for the quick response removing the raccoon from our deck. We really appreciate your work and professionalism.!!
Exceptional from start to finish. Wes came out right away to inspect noises I was hearing in my attic and quickly identified the problem (squirrels!). His knowledge, kind demeanor, and patience with my many, MANY questions gave me confidence I was in good hands. He did a great job with the exclusion work, going above and beyond. Randy and Johnny handled the much-needed insulation removal and replacement. They worked incredibly hard, put in long hours in some inconvenient weather, and were very polite and positive throughout.... read more
I was shocked to discover I had a bat stuck in my hallway light fixture. I called Alpha for help and couldn't be happier that I did. Wes came out removed the bat, checked for others in my attic and around my home and assured me that all was clear. He was super friendly, knowledgeable and highly professional. If I ever have another unwanted "guest" in my home, I know who I will call! Thanks Wes and Alpha!
Sean McLaughlin has been a godsend for me. Back in the winter he caught and captured multiple raccoons that were partying in my attic! Then, today, he came as soon as I called about a black snake in my bedroom and didn’t quit until the sneaky little snake was caught in my closet. So grateful for Sean and his persistence!
Sean was very professional and extremely helpful solving my wildlife problem. I would highly recommend Alpha Wildlife Knoxville to anyone needing their services and expertise.
