My partner and I tried to rent a house that Mike is the agent for. Despite us making over 4x rent and having great credit, he said our application wasn't strong enough. He didn't give a good reason, and on the phone he sounded weird and put of it. Currently he's "waiting for a stronger application". Okay, buddy. Good luck with that.
I had a terrible experience with this company. I moved into a house of theirs and noticed several loud explosions in the basement. They were quick to respond to examine the heater which needed replaced. They said we had to turn off the heat due to how dangerous the heater was. They estimated that it would take a week to fix. A week turned into 2 weeks and we still had no heat and it was in January. I also had my pregnant wife in the house but this did not hurry ALPHA to help us.
