I went to Dr. Garcia for shoulder pain and had a great experience. She was professional, attentive, thorough, and informative throughout the entire process. She took the time to explain everything, recommended warm-ups, and showed me how to properly perform exercises with correct form at the gym to help prevent future injuries. She made me feel comfortable and well-informed. I highly recommend her and would definitely return to her in the future if any issues arise again.

Had surgery for a 1/4” meniscus tear back on 12/25. The date of this writing is 10/14/26, All went well, did my basic PT at a place recommended by the surgeon but after 3 month found my leg unable to straighten. Had lots of pain and a noticeable limp. I could not believe that this was my new me and then found Nicole , she did the unthinkable in just 2 months, got my leg straight again and my life back, 100% fully recovered and by the way I am 60 years old.
We are so grateful for everything Dr. Garcia did for Alana during her recovery from plantar fasciitis and tendinitis. As a dancer, being unable to dance was very difficult for Alana, but from the very beginning, she made her feel supported, understood, and confident throughout the entire recovery process.
