Love Dr Farrell. Never have to wait and he listens.
How can anyone be upset about a wait when you have a comfortable chair, fantastic Starbucks coffee and t.v. to keep you entertained? I could wait in there forever. In my opinion the time the time dr. Thompson took explaining things to me made a small wait worth it. I can see how they would be running behind, people like me have questions and he never rushed me. I love thier office, staff and doctors. This place was impressive.
Love Dr Toulson and met him for the first time yesterday. Very thorough in his assessment and explains all options! He is also the kindest and most humble Dr I ever dealt with! Glad my friends referred me and well worth the drive from Fort Worth!
My husband had a bilateral anterior hip replacement on 8/15. Yes, both at the same time. The results have been amazing! He is out of pain and walking normally without assistance. What a difference! Thank you Dr. Toulson and your wonderful staff. We feel so blessed to have had you perform my husband's surgery.
No one responds to phone calls or calls back no matter how many messages I leave. Even the home health nurse could not get a call-back. I had to call the after-hour physician line twice to reach someone regarding my moms pain. Would not recommend for that reason.
No one wants to deal with an Achilles year, but I'm glad I had Dr Thompson on my side for surgery and recovery! Highly recommend Alpha Ortho!
The whole office staff was so nice and friendly..!
Dr. Thompson was fantastic with my son when he broke his arm in 2 places after falling off the monkey bars at our school playground. Everyone took wonderful care of us!
