Staff was kind, helpful, and quick to address any issues that I had.
0 Stars if I Could! I had two clients of mine about a year ago put in application and get approved, after viewing a place and turning in IDs, they were automatically denied the moment A&O saw the IDs, hence my clients are disabled. So I confronted them on that matter and may have slammed the door closed as I left. Fast forward to today, I get denied for my own apartment thru them mind you I meet all qualifications, besides the qualification of not having a personal grudge held against a previous applicant. I love my apartment, it is very well priced and the office was quick to get back with me when I let them know I was interested. Friendly, fast, professional… what more could I ask for?
Honestly I have never rented from them and I’m so thankful I didn’t when I was looking for a place. I’ve heard awful things about how they don’t take care of their tenants and won’t fix anything. 10/10 don’t recommend them for ANYONE!
