DO NOT RENT! Their homes are poorly redone and updated. The home on 293 E 1st is infested for bugs, was missing fire detectors and batteries (which they charged us for when they didn't replace them after the previous tenant). The carpet didn't have padding under it. Smelled like sewage in the basement. The plumbing was horribly done. They charged us for light covers when they weren't replaced or updated since the previous tenant. I would never recommend.
I rented from alpha for 6 years they don't fix anything and they blame you for anything that is wrong and send you a bill. They are very shady and terrible!!
