Super easy people to work with. Got us right in, no hitch and very professional.
Doesn't matter what you do, you will not get your deposit back. The houses are not up to code and they are a fire hazard. And the paint and floors look like they were done by a child. The floors have huge gaps in them because clearly someone cant measure correctly.The house we stayed in half the outlets didnt work and the lighting in the kitchen was wired wrong and will probably catch on fire at some point. Where do I even start. 2 Large window screens off and one torn was told if I wanted screens I would have to fix that they do not fix screens. Water in tub leaking and no fix after 6 days. Left front burner on stove not working and oven so nasty I would be afraid to even cook in it. Biggest problem was electric/dining room light would work one day and would not the next day and 2 walls in living room no plug ins would work. This place takes slum loading to the next level. I am just a concern neighbor trying To protect my own property. There is only about ten feet separating my foundation from one of their Rentals. They have of small trees growing out of their foundation. That will potentially destroy their rental property. But more concerningly overtime will affect mine.
