I rented from alpha for 6 years they don't fix anything and they blame you for anything that is wrong and send you a bill. They are very shady and terrible!!
They got me approved and moved in quickly ! Beautiful house , been nice and helpful from the start and even got a house warming gift and everything! I appreciate them a lot!
Not sure why they will not show a property before a completing an application...Why would I waste time completing and application I may not end up wanting?! Seems very predatory.
