My previous car broke down, and I had to stay at a local hotel. Andy picked me up from the hotel and he and Yanni treated me like family. They were so helpful and worked with me every step of the way to purchase my new car and drive off the lot that same day. Yannu even programed my phone into the car's SYNC feature. I can't say enough about Yanni and Andy. They treated me like I was a family member or a long time customer. Not only are they 100 % honest, they care about making sure you never have to go see another dealer again. With my experience as they were preparing the vehicle for delivery, they noticed something that did not sit right with them. Instead of just selling me the vehicle they took it to the mechanic, and got it fixed with a warranty. A+++++ Looking forward to my next vehicle purchase and working with these guys.
I bought a 2014 Ford Escape at Alpha, and I couldn't be happier! Unlike other car dealerships, Andy and Yanni at Alpha make you feel at home. They are very selective when it comes to what they put on their lot, and their product knowledge goes way beyond what I've experienced at other dealerships. If you're looking for a nice, dependable used car, please make this your first stop!
These guys sold me my 1995 M3 and I absolutely love it. It had and still has no major issues. They were willing to work with my late work schedule and also showed us around to some if their newer sports cars. Overall it was a great experience and I'm very happy I bought from alpha motors.
