I had my MRI of my brain today. With the open mri I was so much more comfortable. Jay the technician offered me a drink before and after the test. During the test helped covered me with a blanket, played good music, and let me know what was going on. I will definitely go back here if I ever need too.

I just left from an MRI of the brain and lumbar and it was not at all was I was expecting! Scheduling an appointment is incredibly simple and they are very accommodating. You walk in and the staff are pleasant and then you're quickly brought back for the scan. The tech explained everything and made absolutely sure I was comfortable, including covering me with blankets since I was chilled. I was out by the time they said I would be. If I need any more scans I will be returning and I will recommend them to anyone!
I had an open MRI today at "Alpha Medical Imaging in Kenosha." Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Jay put me at ease with his quick smile and reassuring words. He explaining the process and got me settled in with ear phones and the type of music I wanted to listen to during the open MRI. Jay even gave me a cough drop to keep in my mouth because it felt dry. It was very easy to set up appointment and get in for an appointment quickly. All the staff were very nice and helpful. My doctor received the results the next day.
Great place...highly recommended!!! Had two MRIs here and both went great. People very helpful!!
Had a brain MRI today at Alpha Imaging and couldn't have been more pleased. I knew I would make my appointment here because my young daughter had such a good experience a few years ago. Same great treatment. Warm staff, comfortable surroundings and super fast results and best price.
