Unreliable. More excuses than needed results. When I complained, they had nothing but excuses. When I contacted the insurance company over their poor service, the account had to be transferred to a bew agency. If you care about your loved one's care, then look elsewhere for help. UPDATE: the response by Alpha is a joke. The case was transferred AFTER we reported their incompetent service to the insurance company that was paying them. So trust Alpha at your own risk. You have been warned maybe your experience will be better.

Extremely lacking in communication and urgency. Last year my father was extreme pain when they did not arrive to perform a scheduled procedure to change his catheter. At their 24 hour on call number when I needed help immediately all I could do was leave a message. Another nurse that came to the house for a different procedure helped us and changed the catheter.
