My parents AC went out a couple of days ago and when their usual guy didn’t have time for them I recommended Alpha Heating & Cooling. (Russ had helped my husband and I with our heating & cooling issues a couple of years ago and was nothing short of wonderful. He was prompt, polite, professional & walked us through everything he did) My mom called Russ he came out right away & diagnosed the problem for them. He let them know their options and got them up and running in no time! Thank you Russ!!!

Once again Russ to the rescue!!!! I continue to be amazed at the willingness of this guy to drop what he’s doing to help out. It was 91 out today and the ac was not keeping up. It was about 79 and rising. Russ was scheduled to come out the next day to service the ac. I called tonight and asked if there was anyway to get out sooner and 15 minutes later he was here and got me up and running again. I will always recommend his service to anybody I know. Our heat went out late last night so we made a frantic call to Alpha. Russ patiently talked to us and with his expertise he was able to diagnose our issue over the phone. He came as soon as he could today and got our furnace going in no time. We recommend Alpha to all of our friends. We wouldn't consider anyone else to help us with our heating or cooling needs!!
We had our A/C serviced earlier this summer and our furnace a few weeks ago and I have never had a more thorough or honest tech service my equipment. I would recommend Alpha to anyone without hesitation
It's about 4:30 PM and my air conditioner goes out just the day before my guests arrive for the weekend. I called Alpha and A very nice lady answered the phone (Kim) and told me not to worry Russ will be out very soon . Sure was like 45 mins later and started looking over the unit then came back in the house with the problem. He stated he didn't have the part in the truck but did at the shop so he raced back to grab it and came back to fix the air conditioner.
