Hani has been to my home a handful of times since the initial install of our heat pump in 2008, for maintenance and repair, and though the last time was 2018, he came as soon as he was able a few days ago when my heat suddenly stopped working. He is intelligent, reliable, and patiently answers all of my questions. AHS forwarded my request to Alpha Heating and thus I got acquainted with Hani. My furnace was not running the recent years and I was using gas fire place and other heaters. Thanks the maintenance is done and all is up and running since yesterday
