I cannot be more disappointed with Alpha Heating & A/C work. They were dispatched through the American Home Shield insurance because my Heat Pump stopped working. For the context, my heat pump went through regular maintenance in June and everything was 100% correct with it. Right off the bat, Hani accused us of fraud saying that the heat pump has not been working for over a year. I needed to prove him wrong by showing him inspection report from last year. Amazing!! Great customer service and arrived so quickly to repair our AC just in time for a heatwave!
Very professional and fast service. - I was unsure at first but I noticed the negative reviews are 2 or more years old (2022/2023) and this was a very hot summer for PNW. They were able to quickly determine that my AC and Heater had tripped a safety switch.
Didn't even try to call these people. Totally dishonest. Terrible service
