That hack job you did on the doodle was disgusting and you should be ashamed of yourselves. Not just for the terrible cut, but for even considering to charge the customer for such a mess! You should be refunding him AND paying their vet bills!!!! Shame on you! �

Very disappointed in the services that were recently done. My dog is in pain, can’t even sit and there are so many areas where the groomer cut his hair too short. He has irritated and red rashes everywhere. Highly recommend using someone else.

Worst dog grooming service I have ever seen in my life! This is what I call abuse! My poor son’s dog is all cut up, with exposed scruffed up skin all over! This is just unacceptable! I hope this business gets shut down before they hurt more dogs.

Worst service I have seen!!! My friend's dog came out of an appointment with cuts and is in pain! They had to take him to a vet and this "business" was far from apologetic or accommodating to what had happened, not even as far as offering a refund!! This place should not be a running business.
Horrible service, always late, never apologetic and they cut the crap out of a buddies dog. If I was closer I would pay y'all a visit and show you how I really feel. Wait till you read the Yelp review. You might as well shut down.

These ppl are dangerous! Do not use this groomer!
Horrible service!!! The groomer was over 40 mins late, like it was no big deal. My husband came home during his lunch hour for our appt time of 3:45pm, because our dog is protected trained. So he was late back to work waiting for the groomer to show, since I prepaid for the service. I called the office and selected every option, but couldn't reached anyone. Also the groomer didn't speak any english and he didn't understand my husband nor did my husband understand him, you'd think they'd ask or inform you of the language barr... read more
