If the dog did bite you wouldn’t it had more sense to bring the dog back into the owner and say you couldn’t finish the grooming because the dog was being aggressive. Who would ever tape a dogs muzzle..that is how they breath idiot. Why would any one tape a dogs mouth shut??? That is just not acceptable. You go tell the owner.. what gives you the right.

Shame on you! There is NO excuse to tape a dog's mouth shut! A reputable animal handler would have an appropriate muzzle AND know how to trim nails. I hope you're shut down.

Just got my dog back from a grooming appointment and he came back with large red scratch marks and bruising all over his belly and ears. TERRIBLE and terrifying experience. I had 3 great experiences with them and then it went downhill when the groomer didn't even show up one day and of course Alpha Grooming didn't own up to it. Extremely poor customer service.
They cut my dogs ear and then didn’t own up to their mistake. Very disagreeable people too. Stay away.
Alpha grooming is the best place that I’ve found! They were punctual, the person who did the service was super educated and my 2 dogs and the cat came beautiful, smelling and with the cut as I had asked for. After 3 weeks I’m gonna call again for sure. Thanks guys for the care with my pets!!!!
