RecommendedMy Scottish terrier came out of the truck looking like a different breed. BUT he was clean and happy and hair does grow back. I think the groomer and I had a definite language issue. However he was extremely polite and I thought he understood what I was saying. I’ll bring a picture of a Scottish terrier next time. I do love the convince Alpha Grooming provides.
These people are pros from start to finish. I am always going to use them now. Very professional and extremely nice. My dog looks fantastic.

Well judging from the past reviews you guys are notorious for mistreating animals. You mean to tell me this is how one of your groomers decided to handle the situation ?? A groomer who is supposedly experienced? An establishment who’s expertise is working with animals, To tape a 5 pound dogs mouth instead of asking the owners to come out and help control him EVEN IF THE DOG WAS BEING AGGRESSIVE? maybe end the service ??? Y’all are disgusting and have no remorse.

You guys are disgusting for the way you handled that dog, with taping his mouth & nose and over cutting his nails!! And your response to calling animal control is sick!!
They obviously don't know how to handle dogs or take proper safety precautions! Unprofessional and ignorant! PS you're disgusting for calling animal control on that poor baby!
Highly recommend this company if blood, fear, and cruelty, are something wished upon your pet. They are a completely incompetent, parasitic, greedy, and inhumane people. The owner and operators lack any kind of moral compass or compassion for the animals entrusted to their care. The only justice that could be served for this tortured dog would be to see this company shut down permanently as well as conviction of criminal charges.
