We had Matt replace our old wood garage doors with insulated glass top doors, and it was a great experience! His communication was great, pricing is on point and he got the job done quick! I have worked with him on projects in the past and will continue doing so. He’s who I refer to all my friends that want a new garage door!
I called on a Sunday because our garage door broke and wouldn’t open. I immediately was text back and set up an appointment for the next day for him to come out and assess the issue. He gave a very nice explanation of a fix but ultimately we chose to replace the door since it was so old. Two days later they were back and installed a brand new door. The price was right around what we googled it should be. Definitely recommend them if you are in need of help.
ADVICE: Whatever other garage company you're looking into or getting a quotes from, STOP RIGHT NOW AND JUST USE ALPHA GARAGE DOORS. Our garage door stopped working suddenly on a Sunday night, so I began calling companies, we originally had the fastest company come out to fix it- Don't do this. Such a great experience! Has to be the LEAST painful home repair experience I have been through. We had a broken spring and a very old wooden door. We replaced with an insulated steel door. Matt was great and everything was super simple, quick, and great quality. I will refer Alpha to anyone and any time! Thanks Matt!
