Fantastic service! My garage door spring broke, and he showed up fully prepared with everything needed to get the job done right. He worked efficiently and professionally, finishing the entire repair in about 30 minutes. The difference in how smoothly the door operates now is incredible, it feels brand new. He was friendly, honest, and took the time to explain what he fixed and how to keep everything running well. Overall, a fast, reliable, and stress-free experience. Highly recommend!

Matthew came out in a very timely matter after hearing my situation that my spring snapping. He came in and got the job down to a tee. Even went out his way to fix my cables that I didn’t even know was broken. Customer service 110%.

This is a pretty detailed review since my experience seems a bit different from others. I called Alpha Garage back in January to check out my garage door. They gave me a quote, came out for the repair, fixed the belt tensioner, and did a few other things. While they were at it, they mentioned the door needed some extra maintenance—new rollers and a couple of hinges—which would cost a few hundred bucks more. Alpha Garage Doors was a disappointment! Poor service, overpriced, and didn't fix the issue properly. Door still doesn't work right. Wouldn't recommend – terrible experience.
