This is a pretty detailed review since my experience seems a bit different from others. I called Alpha Garage back in January to check out my garage door. They gave me a quote, came out for the repair, fixed the belt tensioner, and did a few other things. While they were at it, they mentioned the door needed some extra maintenance—new rollers and a couple of hinges—which would cost a few hundred bucks more. We had Matt replace our old wood garage doors with insulated glass top doors, and it was a great experience! His communication was great, pricing is on point and he got the job done quick! I have worked with him on projects in the past and will continue doing so. He’s who I refer to all my friends that want a new garage door!
Matthew was very friendly, communicative, and gave me a great price. Within a couple of days I had a sharp looking new garage door and I couldn't be happier. Would definitely recommend his company over a larger one with lots of overhead (no pun intended).
Matt quickly jumped on our broken springs for our abnormal garage door when they broken. It was an abnormal garage door, extra tall with custom springs. Matt took the time to remove the springs, and match them up perfectly and got the job done. He even brought attention to the services needed to prevent continual stress on the whole system and serviced the whole system for a great price to ensure it'll last a long time for us! Will definitely be using Alpha Garage Doors again in the future!
Matt fixed our door a few months ago (replacing a spring). He did great work and also went above the job to grease other areas to make the door quieter. We’ve never had such a quiet garage door! It broke again, this time just one of the hinges. He was able to come very quickly and was very efficient in fixing the problem. It was a quick fix, and he didn’t even charge us for it. We’re so grateful and highly recommend him!
