Worst place ever to take kids..they numb the are and wait so long that the numbnes goes away and when they extract the tooth your in pain..they are always in a hurry..worst dentist in Salisbury. My kids never complained about a dentist till they came here.��
my first appt which was just an exam took about 3 hours. my appt was at 9:30 i got there about 9:26 i wasnt seen till almost 11 .i was agravated by then . but i said fine ill jist get what i need done and change dentist . so i needed an extract and some cavaties fixed my next appt they seen me pretty fast but when they numbed me up they took so long by the time she came back to me my numbness was pretty much gone so i told them so she goes and puts some more shots and waited again then finaly she did tje cavaties which wer p... read more

Dr. Okonmah is a wonderful dentist, but her office staff and scheduling needs a huge overhaul! Be prepared for a very long wait, even if you are the only ones in the waiting room! Appointments were at 10 and was here by 9:45. It took until 10:35 to finally get the insurance card back and checked in. It is 10:50 and we are still waiting. Ridiculous! We finally got called back at 11:35 and left the office at 12:20. This was for just 3 simple cleanings!

She's a very nice very courtesy love the place and they're very clean
Had an appt at 2. I was the only one in the waiting room. Got here 20 min early. During that time, 7 people walked in. Once they called me to the back, they called 3 others. I waited till after 3 in the room before they started the work because she worked on the other patients first. I will not be coming back. This place needs to learn how to schedule or get another dentist in here to help. This happens every time.
