Ron is fantastic to work with. Had a terrible rat infestation that needed urgent treatment and Ron and his team got up in the attic in 100 degree weather to get the job done. He's is extremely prompt with communication, made sure my questions were answered and even after the job was done was willing to follow up to ensure the problem was solved. I very much recommend working with Ron.
GREG aided us with respect to three (4) concerns: (1) fleas outside home; (2) wasp nest growing on outside storage shed; (3) presence of “critter poop” on inside of storage shed; (4) signs of external mice/rats outside storage shed. The most worrisome of those was (1)—fleas. GREG came twice (2x) to spray outside (front/back, including semi-enclosed patio area. His efforts appear to be totally effective. Horrible experience don’t recommend..SAVE YOURSELF! Not even 5 minutes and the guy left, and it’s been 2 weeks and we still have tons of ants! We were also given a higher price. Total ripoff
Employees need to learn how to drive. Guy racing through Rosedale switching lanes erratically not using a blinker, and speeding like crazy in a little silver Tacoma truck. I know who i won’t be calling…
