Went to a couple of appointments at the Franklin office. While the work that was performed was "ok" ... my first visit left my mouth bruised up, on my second visit i was stabbed in the face by the dental assistant with a dental pick because she was not paying attention. Afterwards I was hurried out the door ... After cancelling my next visit (who would go back given what happened) Now there is a nonsensical no-show fee attached to my account along with other extra charges.
