I've been going to this office for a long time and always have a good experience. I just wish they would have mentioned insurance doesn't cover nitrous oxide before they gave it to me and not when I got to the check out counter. I could have lived without it for $50.
Dr. V resurfaced 4 of my teeth and did not have to administer numbing meds. He drilled into the effected teeth and added a porcelin surface coat. It was Quick and pain free. I have been without molars for many years and my teethare badly worn. This prolongs the use of my own teeth for a longer time.
I LOVE HOW THE DENTIST/ASSISTANT EXPLAINS EVERYTHING THAT IS GOING TO BE DONE AND HOW THEY MAKE THE MOST SCARIEST PATIENT, ME :-) FEEL AT EASE AND IN GOOD HANDS. I LOVE MY DENTIST AND WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ALL.
From the time I walked through the door, I was treated with respect and hospitality. My hygienist understood my special needs, and the doctor gave thorough examination. This was an affirming and professional visit.

As usual, I had excellent care at my last visit with Dr. VanderLugt. I had a small filling that was leaking and had some decay underneath. One painless little injection of a local anesthetic and about 15 minutes of work took care of the whole problem. Now to me, that is efficiency topped by concern and good care! The tooth is as good as new. Thank you, Dr. Vanderlugt and staff.

My husband & I have been going to this office for 11 years and have always appreciated the friendly enviroment. Maria is very personable,she remembers our cats and (the reason I'm there) she has always been direct with us as to the areas I need to work on flossing and brushing for my benefit, both dentist are through, I trust them both.
My visit to the dentist was good. I got some cavities filled and it went pretty quick. I don't really enjoy the dentist anyway so its hard to give specific praises, but I would like to say the staff is great at making people feel welcome and comfortable... a kind "hello" and smile allows the patient to feel welcomed... the women at the front desk never act too busy for you.
