Lifelong rider, but new to MTB. I was impressed by Alpha’s 100+ 5 star reviews and thought I would give them a chance. I had been frustrated with the poor turn around time my previous bike shop provided for relatively simple upgrades or repairs. Andres has infinite knowledge of his craft, explains everything in detail, has fair pricing and doesn’t keep you grounded for a week. Andrés was super nice and very helpful and knowledgeable. He fixed my bike very quickly. He even helped putting my bike in the car. I would definitely come back and I highly recommend.
