Physician did not show up on time to appointment and then charged $200 dollar no show fee. Will be filing a complaint.
Terrible, Told receptionist clearly several times I needed a ADHD evaluation, then on day of appointment dr.norman says he only does therapy. What a waste of time.
Got the runaround. Scheduled and completed intake. Tried to schedule my next appointment and, after being ignored for a week, was told I needed to download yet another app to communicate. At that point I realized they aren't reliable and decided to go elsewhere. If you can't communicate via phone or text inexplicably after having previously done so, I'm not interested.
I cannot attest to the quality of therapeutic service they provide. However, Dr. Norman has been unresponsive to my requests and has blatantly ignored my voice messages. As a graduate student in psychology, I found that to be extremely unprofessional.
I visited Alpha Beta Behavioral and the office was clean and the staff are pleasant. I was greeted when I walked in the door and the wait time was short.
