At Alpha 4 Real A/C & Heating, we pride ourselves on educating our customers on the operation of their heating and cooling system, so that they are informed as to how important it is to maintain the system which will preserve any warranties and extend the life of the equipment.
If I could give this company a 0 I would. The manager is by far the worst in customer service. The tech stepped two hole through my attic, one in to the bathroom ceiling and one in the hallway. And refuse to fix it, and told us we are responsible in getting it fix. The worst experience ever! I would not recommend this company.
Worst company ever!!!! Stay away!!!! They will rip you off and damage your house then deny it,yell at customers, and nit send someone out to find out why the items they fixed still dont work! Save your money!!
Alpha4 real is a very reliable company with good technicians,safety conscious and on time at any location of work,I recommend them at anytime...
