I call a few other companies to come out but only to be told may be Monday or Tuesday evening. Mind you this was on Saturday evening. Then I gave this company a call and they said they would send someone out. At this time I thinking a hotel because my thermostat was reading 83. With 30 minutes they were at my door and with an hour I was back in business. Thank you Alpha 4 real for quick reponse and professional job.
Excellent customer service and lower electric bills, always on time and there when you need them. Definitely 5 stars!

We had four companies come out to see why we had leaks coming from the AC unit. They all said you need a plumber. Well Bright found it within five minutes of being here. He was clean in his workings and knowledgeable and even explained what he was doing and why as he went along. He even came earlier than was suppose too. I highly recommend them!!! Thank you Bright!!!!
They are in it just for the money. Does not fix the correct problem the first time and comes up with something else wrong the next with a lot more to charge. Would not recommend as I don’t see them as a company that knows what they are doing or is fair to their customers.
I was very satisfied with their work and the cost reasonable. I will use them again.
