My initial delivery order was missing 2 items. I called back and they promised that they would be sent out later that day. Well, 4 days later and several phone calls and emails later, nothing. So I called them this morning and told them to cancel my service. They should have some backup products in their vans in case one of the items is damaged so they could replace it without having to come back.
