Great experience each time we’ve worked with them. First for a windshield, then over a year later for a rear window. Great customer service and they worked directly with State Farm so I had no out of pocket expenses.
Brought in some storm windows that had broken for repair. Good work done quickly.
While traveling, we got a chip taken out of our windshield. With short notice and a very small time window to work with, Alpena Glass still found a way to take us in and get the windshield fixed.
I had a special project that they helped me with and I don't live in Alpena so they had my glass cut and ready to go for me,just really really great people!!! Thank you so very much ❤️❤️
