I've had lots of car repairs done there, never had anything but great results. Fair priced. I'd recommend them to anyone.
Friendly, thorough, and to-the-point for a fair price. Work was done on time and clearly explained both before and after. They paid attention to my concerns and addressed each of them.
Excellent customer service! Broke down and was in a pinch, this crew was able to make me a priority and have my vehicle back up and running the same day. Even went above and beyond by fixing an exhaust leak i had.
Had to get a wheel bearing fixed and they were quick to get me in and even quicker to get me out! They also fixed a mud flap for free that was about to fall off of my car without me having to ask them! Larry and all the other workers there are great! Highly recommend!
Up in Alpena, from out of town on vacation. Experienced some exhaust noise on the way up. My car also pulls a boat so without a timely repair our vacation and time of north would be wrecked. I called several places many were two weeks out or more. These guys were recommended by OReilly Auto Parts. So I stopped by and they said the could get to it the following week.
