Let me start by saying I live in upstate New York and was looking for tires for my mom's vehicle. My siblings and I wanted to pay for them and surprise her and so I needed to coordinate everything between my mom and Alpena Car Care. I spoke with Larry and he was EXCELLENT!!!! It was a wonderful experience and Larry took care of it all!! Great customer care!
Had a repair that I figured was going to cost $500, a new manifold due to the O2 sensor going bad and being unable to remove it. He was able to remove it and saved me $200. Everything was done right.
I've had lots of car repairs done there, never had anything but great results. Fair priced. I'd recommend them to anyone.
Friendly, thorough, and to-the-point for a fair price. Work was done on time and clearly explained both before and after. They paid attention to my concerns and addressed each of them.
