Sketchy! I thought I would try them in early December 25- immediately when I walked in they were available- then they immediately came up with the $500 plus service- all that within about one hour!! HOWEVER there was a BURNING 🔥 smell - I figured it was a drop of oil that spilled - I called them & stopped in at least twice - they told me it was a normal burn off smell- the temp gages hadn’t gone up / as I knew to be on that look out (( I don’t drive over 5 miles in a normal day) - I then took it to Beavers & they all said “... read more

Let me start by saying I live in upstate New York and was looking for tires for my mom's vehicle. My siblings and I wanted to pay for them and surprise her and so I needed to coordinate everything between my mom and Alpena Car Care. I spoke with Larry and he was EXCELLENT!!!! It was a wonderful experience and Larry took care of it all!! He actually went above and beyond and even gave my mom a hug after folding the bill and giving it to her and letting her know her bill was paid by her kids.
