This place is great! The staff and doctors have always gone above and beyond to help me with all my pets. Every single person there is absolutely remarkable and I have no words to express my gratitude!
I have been going to Aloro Pet Clinic since 1990 with my first pet when I lived in the valley, now that live in West Hollywood I still go to Aloro .I like the familiar faces the doctors are amazing ! And they take great care of all my pets !
Overcharged me and never got my credit after being promised twice. I'll have to call again tomorrow to get my credit. On top of that, the doctor tried to up sell me on stuff I didn't need. A $32 first set of shot turned into a $150 quote. Good thing I turned the other stuff down.
Doc and staff are amazing! They truly care. Glad my neighbor recommended this clinic!
Every staff and vet are sincere, very reasonable price. I'll definately come back. I've already recommended to all my friends�� - only thing I don't like is that we always have to wait at least 30 mins before seeing vet even we get there on time for an appointment...
