I was able to get in quickly as a new patient and they accepted my insurance. Front desk is welcoming and pleasant. Wait time was less than 5 minutes after I completed my paperwork. Dr. Kumar listened to my issues and was able to give my some suggestions and prescribed me a med. So far so good. I'll be back in a month for a follow-up.

I visited Olga V. Baturenko, CRNP-PMH at Dr Kumar's NeuroPsych Wellness Center in Fairfax VA for three months. She listened well and did her best to help. Unfortunately the office staff was so inept I had to go elsewhere. Basic office functions were repeatedly a problem. Paperwork (I was charged extra for out-of-pocket) was late or didn't get done. A 10min doc note took 3 weeks. When my wife complained, they hung up on her. When I called to ask why, I was told, "That conversation was OVER."

I thought he was good..but hi is Not..he seems almost afraid to increase meds that aren't working..he doesn't have any alternatives or suggestions for other meds..it's almost like he really doesn't care..returned a phone call days later...he is very basic..if u really need help..seek elsewhere. .no bedside manner either..
