Took my boyfriend in to see the doctor because I believed he may have been dehydrated from a GI virus. Dr. Yang attached himself to the idea that he had food poisoning and prescribed him an antibiotic….with side effects that were the exact symptoms that were dehydrating him in the first place. We went to his PCP the next day because I had an off feeling. I had to visit Urgent Care for the first time, and it was a good experience, although it’s hard to think this way when you actually need urgent care The reception nurse was very kind, polite, and welcoming. Her smile and friendly attitude were really reassuring, especially since visiting a doctor can feel quite vulnerable and stressful. That kind of warmth and support truly makes a difference. A big Mahalo to the Urgent Care clinic! We’ve visited because of food poisoning symptoms with real bad nausea. We had to catch a flight the next morning with a 24h journey ahead of us. We’ve got taken care of so well that we actually made the journey safely! After our visit the symptoms were much better. Everything got explained understandable and the doctor as well as the nurse were friendly, caring and really helpful. Thank you again so much! Mahalo ☺️
We came on a busy Saturday night. My family member stepped on sea urchin and ended up needing to get a couple of the spines extracted. Despite the number of patients waiting and time of night he took the needed time. I am grateful for that.
