Alec, we are still waiting on you to follow through with the return on my daughters bracelet. We emailed you Jan 4, 2016 responded to your return email with our mailing address for refund on Jan 20, 2016 and also followed up again on April 6, 2016. My daughter just wants her money back for the bracelet that is not what she was told it was and is unusable now. Commande passée le 8 janvier, toujours pas reçue + d'un mois après :-( La commande étant expédiée mais "perdue chez le transporteur" la seule réponse que m'apporte Aloha Pearls est de "lire leurs conditions générales, ils ne sont pas responsables donc ils ne prévoient rien pour le client laisé !" Ils n'ont même pas pris la peine de contacter le transporteur et me demande de le faire :-(
