Today was my fourth visit to Aloha Nails on Robert Street in West St Paul, MN. Obviously, I like the place where I would never return. Today I had my usual pedicure, plus a manicure done with acrylic nails. At a glance, they look great and I think the length they gave me is perfect. I went in for a mani pedi. The French tip on my toes started to chip after a few days which is not even the worse part! I got builder gel for my manicure. In less than 4 days the builder gel was lifting! This never happened to me, builder gel is supposed to last longer than regular gel. I unfortunately had to go out of town & they couldn’t take me in right away to fix it. Terrible experience, I won’t be going back. I have gone to Aloha a few times but NOT again. The women who did my basic mani and pedi was awful, she stabbed me so hard in my toe it made me jump and shout out, and she proceeded to be unapologetic and rough the entire time. It was a completely uncomfortable experience. I also don't understand their pricing. The charge at the end made no sence. I had asked for both me and my daughter to have a basic mani and pedi and no charge was consistent on my receipt or in line with what the listed pricing.
