They are too busy to return calls and they charge the state maximum for initial appointments and follow ups. $500 for the initial appointment and $250 for each appointment after every 6 months. Way more than every other provider. Also other providers give you a card for a year. This place is a scam.
You can never get anyone on the phone cause their machine is constantly on after hours.
Sierra is amazing. It's always great when I hear her voice answering my calls. She gets stuff done!!! Also, DJ is wonderful as well. He does a good job dealing with mental health. He always fits me in last minute when I need him. Thankfully, I've never felt judged by either of them. I appreciate both of them and this practice in general.
They helped me get a pain diagnosis so I could get my cannabis card. The dr listened to me and didn't try to rush me through the appointment. Recommend.
