From my initial inquiry all the way through the day of service, Cris provided me with excellent customer service. He was honest about the condition of the carpet (it was pretty bad, TBH). He did his due diligence to make sure I was adequately informed about the whole process and what to expect once he finished. I highly recommend Cris from Aloha Chem-Dry.
