This place is incredibly professional. All the staff are friendly, accommodating, and genuinely caring. Been going their for 2yrs and they helped get my allergies under control. I get allergy shots regularly and never had one issue.
This place is incredibly unprofessional and low-grade. They denied me services because I have a service Animal, which is absolutely against the law. Also, the building is absolutely drenched with mold, and I had a severe reaction as soon as I walked into their office, which is completely ironic. I guess the only reason why anybody would ever go here is because they accept bad insurance
I’ve received personalized, hand-prepared medicine from this office for several years with consistent results. My most recent vial produced an unexpected reaction. When I raised concerns, the doctor insisted that “mistakes are impossible." Since my concerns weren't adequately addressed, I requested a test, and offered to pay out-of-pocket for a new vial. So far, so good. My interaction with the doctors and staff has been positive, and it’s good to know that they’re willing to try things to figure out what’s going on. Thankfully, no billing issues, either.
It’s extremely hard to get a response from this office or someone to answer when calling. I was told someone would follow up, but that never happened.
