Absolutely horrible. Took a week to get them to send over my drs prescription. Dr set up a zoom appointment a month later at 8am. I even asked if my Daughter would need to be present as its a school day and I work. Was told no by multiple staff members. Get on the phone with the dr and she goes on and on about how my 7 year old HAS to here and that she cant say anything without my daughter being there. Dr would rather a child miss school to spend 15 minutes on the phone with the parent hearing how shes doing while the child ... read more
Off to a terrible start. I called with a question about my intake forms and they hung up on me.
This place is incredibly professional. All the staff are friendly, accommodating, and genuinely caring. Been going their for 2yrs and they helped get my allergies under control. I get allergy shots regularly and never had one issue.
This place is incredibly unprofessional and low-grade. They denied me services because I have a service Animal, which is absolutely against the law. Also, the building is absolutely drenched with mold, and I had a severe reaction as soon as I walked into their office, which is completely ironic. I guess the only reason why anybody would ever go here is because they accept bad insurance
I’ve received personalized, hand-prepared medicine from this office for several years with consistent results. My most recent vial produced an unexpected reaction. When I raised concerns, the doctor insisted that “mistakes are impossible." Since my concerns weren't adequately addressed, I requested a test, and offered to pay out-of-pocket for a new vial.
