Entrance to the lobby is through the gated parking lot. The location is perfect and the rooms are highly comfortable. Parking requires a fee. They have a convenient snack pantry in the lobby and a nice, shallow pool (4 ft max), though they failed to restock pool towels for two days straight. The biggest issue is management. I was hit with a mysterious $15 charge. Customer service claimed it was for pantry items, which is false. I asked if it was for the in-room water bottles, but they ghosted my emails. The ladies at the front desk are fantastic. I am from Atlanta and decided to hosted an event there this weekend and they are truly the best. I hit them with several requests and the responded with perfection. Truthfully they couldn’t fulfill all that I threw at them but it wasn’t for lack of trying. The rooms were clean and the stay was enjoyable.
Staff is phenomenal at this location and very friendly. We have spent a total of 4 weeks here so far this year and no complaints. A restaurant with more options would be a “nice to have” but it is so close to everything it really needed. Already booked to be back in September
Desk clerk at check in was awesome, friendly, helpful, clearly enjoyed greeting everyone, made you instantly feel comfortable and appreciated. The bartender at the bar was also very friendly, enjoyed interacting with everyone. Overall atmosphere of the hotel is modern, though a fun collection of vintage motorcycles adorns main lobby. Room is clean, cozy yet “stark”. Very lofty. Three complaints.
