Staff were super friendly and helpful. I loved the gated parking and access to the property. Location was great…walking distance to the BOK center. The bathroom in the room was odd. The shower has a frosted window that was shared with the room. It was very transparent and not family friendly.
If I could give this dump a zero, especially on service, I would. A word to the wise, they WILL scam you on promotional rates. If you book through the app and get the promo rate, the location will decline the credit card so that it cancels in the background, without notifying you. Then, you show up, they tell you there was an issue with the card you booked with, blame the app and say they can book you a room, at regular/surge pricing. Completely out of hospitality manners. First off I reserved 2 king suites corner rooms with balcony. Go to check in and they do not even have balconies. Bad advertisement possible the Marriott app. That’s where I reserved from. 2nd there is no breakfast at all. I had bought a Pepsi from vending out front by the desk, I hadn’t drank from it and while later and asked if I could swap it back for a cold one and the guy at the desk said “I’m pretty sure you opened it. Worst hotel ever with the worst staff and management. Will never stay here again or recommend to anyone else. I placed a formal complaint with Marriott.
