I’m an Airbnb girl to the core, but this time I decided I want cleanliness. This place wasn’t it. After finding out they DON’T automatically clean rooms daily, I requested at the front desk that my room be cleaned. The morning receptionist wrote down my room # insinuating it’ll get done. First we called prior to booking the reservation to see if they had electric car chargers. The representative that answered the phone stated they did to our surprise when we arrive at the hotel we noticed we did not see any. We asked in case we needed to pull around back or something so we asked the desk clerk and she said no we do not have those. Then we arrived in our room to see that it was in desperate need of updating and repair. The door which was a mirror going into the bathroom was cracked/broken at the bottom. When ... read more
