They charged me credit card a higher amount than what was shown on my bill. I didn't use any incidentals nor did I purchase anything extra during my stay. I will never stay at this hotel ever again. These people are absolute thieves!!!
The room was great. Spacious and nice decor. We slept well. The area seemed a little sketchy as you can’t enter the building without being buzzed in or using a key card. I like the Alofts. And even with the area, it is a good choice for the Austin area.
