Great hotel! From the service to the location, I cannot say enough great things about this place. Staff is super friendly, helpful and trustworthy. We had left our Bose speaker behind after we checked out and the front desk called us to let us know. They also mailed it back to us. We received it 2 days after we came home. The staff at the hotel are incredibly friendly and helpful and we appreciated being spoiled for a few days! The location is great for walking around Old Town.
My wife and I stayed here 3 nights for our honeymoon and loved it. Christine at the front desk was incredibly helpful, and sent a nice card to our room congratulating us on our marriage. The rooms are somewhat small with no view but that seems common for Key West. We liked how quiet the place was. The complimentary breakfast and happy hour were a nice treat. We hope to stay again.
