My roof needed replacement after 25 years, I had several estimates and chose Almeida Roofing. They did the tile roof first, the first day the dumpsters and 5 men started removing the old tile. The next day 4 men came and completed tile removal and started the underlayment. The next day a subcontractor came with a telescoping forklift and 3 men which put the new tile on the roof. We hired this roofing company for a roof replacement. After work began, we were charged additional fees for tile replacement that were not clearly disclosed or outlined in the contract. We paid under protest to avoid a lien. During the dispute over these charges, we felt pressured to pay additional amounts. We have also filed a complaint with the Arizona ROC regarding the billing practices.
