Go see my dentist! If you are new to Houston or just havent found a good dentist - definitely try Almeda Dental. I personally see Dr. Tillman, but hear that there are several great dentists there to choose from. As a busy professional, I appreciate the fact that it is a one stop shop for me. The hours are also later so I have more flexibility in scheduling appointments during the week.
I have gone to Almeda Dental for a few years now and although they can be a bit busy, I think the staff is very helpful. Dr. Tillman is very knowledgable and accommodating. I feel comfortable there and would refer anyone to the office.
I have been going to Almeda Dental Group for almost ten years. I absolutely love it! I must admit the waiting time sometimes not often can be a little lengthy.Almeda Dental Groups really show a concern that they care about their patients.
This was my first time as a patient at Almeda Dental Group. My appointment was at 4:00 pm, and by 5:45, I still hadnt been seen. I left without having my cleaning or exam. I am paid hourly, and lost 2 hours of pay to make that appointment. The only saving grace is that everyone who works there is kind and professional. I was HIGHLY upset at both visits at Almeda Dental. Granted they treat the children right, but what about the adults????? The first time I went as a new patient. There were literally 3 other patients there and I waited 3 hours to be seen. I needed so much work done and was told how great they were...thats why I stayed. There was so much inoperable equipment that I was moved from room to room at least 5 times (no exageration). I did not have a good experience at Almeda Dental Group. Ive been on a rollercoaster trying to get the dentist to fix my dental issues that was done improperly at that clinic. It is still not corrected. I met Dr. Tillman and I really thought I would be helped. ALL three times I had an APPOINTMENT and was refused to be seen. The first time I waited three hours and was told the doctor had no time and to come another day. During my last trip to the dentist I had the pleasure of being seen by Dr. Tillman at Almeda Dental. I usually dont post these things, but my experience was so exceptional that I had to write and say thank you. Not only did I find the facilities clean, professional and modern, but the staff was pleasant too. Once I finally saw Dr. Tillman I thought things coudnt get any better. Im v ery pleased with the services i recieved from Almeda Dental Group...I was a new patient in alot of pain and discomfort, called several different offices and they were not able to "work me in due to a booked sch."....however when I called Almeda Dental Group they were able to work me in there sch. and take care of my problem.....customer service was great and the wait time was not a long time...Dr. Tillman was the "THE BEST DENTIST, I EVER HAD" Thanks You Guys!!!!!!
